Where is my order?
We email FedEx after it ships & then
they send us a tracking number. You can find your tracking number in the email sent to you notifying
you that your shipment has been picked up from our store by FedEx. If you are unable to find your
tracking number or did not give Witty’s Fine Wine an email address at the time of your order you may
call us at 732-381-6776 (ask for the internet department) or email us at customer service
and we’ll happily track your package for you.
How can I save on shipping?
You can save on shipping cost
when you buy online and choose the “Pick Up at Store” option while checking out. Just place your
order, and click the button “Pick Up at Store” on the “Shipping Address” page, and we will have your
order ready to pick up at our bricks and mortar store, 870 St. Georges Avenue, Rahway, NJ 07065.

Who is Responsible?
The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines.
By placing an order with your credit card, you authorize Witty’s Fine Wine to act on your behalf in processing
and shipping the order, including engaging a common carrier to deliver your order.
Witty’s Fine Wines assumes no responsibility for goods damaged during shipping.
Title/ Ownership: When DO I ASSUME OWNERSHIP OF THE ITEMS ORDERED?
Title to, and ownership of, all goods and products passes from Witty's wines to the purchaser in the state of new jersey , and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping it from new jersey to their home state. By arranging for the transportation of the goods and products, Witty's Wines is providing a service to, and acting on the behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from Witty's Wines, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/hers local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine, spirits and beer. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of products and legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/ she is 21 years or above of age.
Do I have to sign for my deliver? Or could I make a special delivery request?
When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving will be required to show identification proving
that he or she is at least 21 years old For this reason, Witty’s Fine Wine will not ship to PO BOX addresses,
or ship with instructions to “leave on porch” or any instructions which will not allow a signature to be obtained.
If an order is returned for failure to provide proper proof of age, the buyer is responsible for payment of all
return shipping charges.
We ship to home and business addresses only. We do not ship to other liquor or FedEx stores.
Do I pay taxes on my order?
All sales delivered within the state of New
Jersey are subject to applicable New Jersey sales tax.
For all deliveries outside the state of New Jersey, the customer is solely responsible for all taxes or fees
levied by any taxing authority in the state of the delivery.
